Not feeling the Wirlix? You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your Wirlix must be unused and returned in its original condition.

Please contact me before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once your return is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out as soon as possible so I can make it right.

The 30-Day Wirlix Promise

Wirlix is made to move: spin, twist, stretch, squish, bend, wrap, roll, wear. If yours breaks within 30 days of delivery, just reach out and I’ll replace it for you! I’ll ask for a confirmation photo once we connect, then get you back to Wirlixing as soon as possible.

After 30 Days

Loved it to the limit? Just reach out! I’ll ask for a confirmation photo once we connect, then send a little love back with a personal discount code toward your replacement.
