Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.

Orders of $45 or more ship free. The $45 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Processing Times

Each Wirlix is prepared and packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing window, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tracking stops updating, or your package cannot be located, please contact me at design.jenjames@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next step.

For packages marked as delivered, please allow up to two business days, check around the delivery location, and confirm the address on your order before reaching out.
